    Been over 6 weeks, no refund.

    Explanation of the trade: I bought gold from their website, and they wouldn't deliver my gold since they suspected I was using a stealth, so they agreed to a refund saying G2A will refund me between 5-28 working days.
    How they scammed: It's been way past their refund policy and my tickets are being closed.

    I've made countless tries to contact them too, this is just stupid and unprofessional... @Divine the least you could do is not close my tickets if you plan on resolving this. I'm forced to open this.

    But I don't understand what you mean by order id? I pasted it in the ticket didn't I? I believe you guys aren't scammers, but I just want my money back at least I can send you a picture of my paypal if you want too I haven't received a refund

    Been over 6 weeks, no refund.

    I don't really know what staff would like me to do here :(.

    This customer has had many chances to just give me the information I've requested at least half a dozen times whether through the ticket system, g2a resolution center, and now a Sythe report.

    I cannot do anything on my end - Staff can read the deleted posts - I cannot even confirm OP even purchased on my site because the information he keeps giving me doesn't exist on g2a.

    If OP gives me the order ID(10 digits found in email) I can send the refund request forward(Assuming he bought actually and a refund is owed).

    This has sat now for over a month and frankly I'm tired of dealing with it - If he's going to be uncooperative and not offer literally ~30 seconds of effort to go to the g2a email and get his site order ID then theres nothing I'm going to be able to do.

    I've given this guy multiple chances to provide a simple resolution to his refund issue and he continues to

    1) Give me the wrong information

    or

    2) Ignores the tickets after I ask him for the proper information.

    I now have a scam report for something I cant even control because he wont give me the information.

    This is the LAST time I deal with OP and anything relating to this refund - If he doesn't respond with the proper order ID in a PM or on this report I'd ask staff to close this in 24 hours - Frankly its ridiculous how much stress this has caused me for absolutely no reason.

    @Jarasu respond with ur order ID(Not the g2a transaction ID!!!) or the precise order amount & information and I will attempt to determine if a refund is owed, this is the last time I'm requesting the proper information - you've used every median of contact I offer and wasted my time for no reason for ages now.

    If he wont close the report I'd like it closed on the basis of no payment evidence nor anything else - When the guy PM's me or actually makes a proper ticket with the right information(for once) I'm more than happy to provide him a refund but after a month of borderline harassment I'm pretty much fed up with it.

    You say you've given me multiple chances, then why was my ticket closed in the first place saying I'll receive a refund, so you're admitting it was a lie? because you 'did' that in the first place without the order id, I sent you the order id...
    You've made ZERO effort to try resolve this, you instantly closed my latest ticket. It's bullshit.

    There literally is no order id (apart from the paypal receipt), I'll even let a staff member on my email to check... If he can't see that I made an order on his site, and was needed a refund then why would he say I will receive a refund within 5-28 business days and close my ticket?

    @Jarasu have you managed to find your order ID? Bus (who now goes by divine) claims he told you multiple times how to find the order ID. Pretty sure you just look in your emails for a email from rsgoldfund and not g2a. Please do this ASAP.

    I've sent him a full picture of the email, hopefully this gets resolved soon, I know he's told me how to do it and I've looked but there is only the receipt with no order id in it (I sent him a picture)

    Been refunded finally - I wont bore everyone with the details but I finally managed to backtrace it through ALOT of searching.

    For the record.

    Ur order Id was Order #622C33F435
    and was contained within an email g2a sent you.

    The email went to a different email than you provided via PM - This is why you didn't have the order ID because u typed in the wrong email -.-... the email you typed in was:
    d*****[email protected]

    You should receive the refund within the next 5 business days(max, hopefully tomorrow/Tuesday)

    Oh I was looking in the actual g2a/pp receipt that would explain why I didn't have it though, thanks for resolving this, how long before I will be refunded?
