PayPal "cant send your payment right now" £10 reward for fix

ive tried calling paypal, tired basically everything.
im paying with balance
and its also to someone from the us (im from the uk)

wait 48 hours and try again, most likely their risk module kicking in.

 

If your paypal account is new then it's normal
It usually happens with new unverified accounts so try linking a bank account if you haven't.
Should be fixed within 48 hours as protector said

 

try sending as friends and family not goods and services if you have already done that and your PayPal it's common and you have to wait 2-3 days
