all i did was stumble across a moderator who violated the rules, by spamming on a thread.

• Posting short, unhelpful comments (such as "cool", "nice acc,", "added" etc), including free bumps on other's threads and bumps on stickies
• • Posting comments with little to no relevance to the topic

valid reason to report. makes no difference according to these rules that a mod is in violation.
so why am i immediately pm'd with an infraction for

i did not ignore a staff order. i did not recreate a locked or deleted thread, post, or evade any censor.
i simply reported a recently posted peice of "spam", violated by a mod.

please note this infraction was given by king.
additionally, i request personally that @Sythe himself deal with this. as moderators on this website have a history with me, in that i prove they violate the rules. they decide, "we dont care", cover for each other and hit me with penalties.

 

I'm not sure why you're posting a dispute as you're not banned, nor TWC'd. All I've done is given you a warning point for wasting staff time, which you did by purposefully making a troll report. You reported a post where @veng stated he banned an individual (here), but that's not spamming as it has relevance to the topic, and you know that, so don't try to play smart. If this was the case I'd expect 30,000 post reports to be made + threads in the RAS/RAB sections to just be closed, and never commented on. I honestly don't know why this even has to be explained. For future reference if you have an issue with the warning point I've given you, then PM another staff member rather than disputing it. Closing this.
