I am baked ban

hey mods, i was recently banned for this report:

I am baked - scammer

Although i was in talks with him as we had reached an agreement, after he told me his location and world he only showed the 100m and proceeded to the second trade screen only to decline in the second window.

The reason i did not reply to the original report was because i needed a cool down period, and i felt like if this is the way it goes around here i don't want to be a part of it.

However i've realised that if i want to make trades there are a few things i can improve upon aswell, to avoid risks for both parties.

 

He declined in the second window? If that's the case, then how come you never reported him, and blocked him immediately after you confirmed it was him in the trade with you? Not only that, but your last message prior to blocking him says "let me pull up the notepad" assuming to give him the account information? I'd like an explanation to that as well.

A cool down period? What do you need to cool down from...? You didn't get scammed, and if someone attempted to frame you (generally speaking), then you'd either report it, or reply to the report that I tagged you in after you blocked the guy, rather than being completely oblivious to it, which leads me to my next point. Originally I didn't DNT you because the report lacked important information as the user went offline (assuming due to holidays), and failed to update his thread, but it appears that since the report was originally invalid (I.E. lacked sufficient evidence), you thought it would be okay to ignore it, however when I found sufficient evidence to correlate it was you speaking with him, you panicked (from my POV), and ignored the report completely (after looking at it several times).

Failing to understand this, but sure.
