Explanation of the trade: Bought an account June 3rd. Got an email today saying the account has been banned for being leveled via botting.
How they scammed: Thread says they give a warranty of 30+ days if the account gets banned and he wont do anything.

It has been only 37 days.

RP spent on the account was 90CAD equal to 80USD at the conversion rate.

 

The user hasn't been on since Aug 2, 2017 so there may be no reply to this from his end.

1) It seems like he's ran into problems like this in the past as well Scammed by VoxelMC

2) He never stated in any of his TOS about not refunding RP loss from banned accounts, therefore I am treating this as you having proof of the "wealth(RP)" on the accounts and I am making him responsible for the refund of the RP seen above. $90 CAD.

If he doesn't reply within 24 hours it'll escalate to a ban and if he wants to come back he'll have to repay this before his pardon.
