$ budget? desired str/ current strength level?

[Timberluke]

Currently have full void melee to train with. 50 attack and 75 strength. Budget is TBD and am in no crunch for time. Would probably stop when hp is either 80/81. Hp currently at 76.

I can offer 20k/point. Add skype in sig if interested
