Scammed 4.66$ by Runescapegoldmrkt

Hi guys, I just tried selling 100m 07 to Runescapegoldmrkt and after I provided him with the money he says there is a fault in the payment and the fees would be on you.
But I never agreed to any of this, fees are always on the sellers.
I am paying 5$ for no reason, whereas food4rs always sends me payment without any hassles.
I wanted the money IRL urgently and this guy here is asking me to contact the owner for a refund and I could not even get my 100m refund when I ask for it.
This is really unprofessional on their side. If they can't make PayPal payments, they better be paying the Runescape gold refund right then and not asking me to contact the owner.
Time is money, and they are wasting more than anything.
I don't care what but just the way how he talks and solves issues, highly pathetic and unprofessional.
I want my 4.66$ refund, I don't care if it's a small amount but yeah.

I could be wrong here, but it's quite strange that @Kaii would do this. I've sold them bills and never had an issue or been asked to pay fees.

 

Your paypal cannot accept personal payments and thus the live chat agent has to send it as goods and services.
I'm 100% sure u knew this upfront and just didn't enlighten us to begin with.
We have tons of sellers from Brazil and even Israël where they cannot accept personal payments either and they are clear and honest about it upfront and then we just send 5% extra money, no questions asked. Every seller who sells via Paypal knows that most sellers send payments via Personal payment.

However i understand your frustration and obviously if you're short on 5$ then i will pay that, i'll even throw in an extra 5$ for time lost. I would advise however to let your future buyers know this upfront that u cannot accept personal payments so there is no confusion about the fees. Just asking "do you cover fees?" is not sufficient as 99% of the gold sellers send payments via Paypal as friends and family. If u don't inform us upfront that u cannot accept those (then atleast imo) we're not to blame for this.

Provide me your Paypal email please so i can send u $10 extra plz.

Thanks for the generous offer, but more importantly I'm trying to show you the attitude your live chat agent is throwing out there.
That is literally not professional at all.
Also, in-case you would want to know I have never been told that I can't accept payments and never ever paid fees.
I'll add in some screenshots when I sold to food4rs if you need here.



So yes, I've never been asked to pay fees before and this was the first one out there.
