    Quick question about the company advertised on your site. I just purchased from them.. However, they said they don't have stock atm and just quit responding to me? Any ideas on what to do?

    Its a holiday, so there is delayed deliveries today as some workers aren't online. Id suggest checking in every hour or so until you catch a worker.

    I spoke with a worker. He gave me the run around for an hour and a half. Saying "wait 10 more mins and you'll have it". Until he sent a generic message saying how he couldn't do anything for me and I needed to submit a ticket.

    actually I don't, so don't be giving false information out.

    The workers are supposed to get restocked twice per shift. im assuming they were waiting for the next worker.

    Its a holiday for my workers so things sometimes do get backed up.

    We also offer a direct line to a manager+(Me or a manager) through our ticket system which I get notifications instantly through my email for when their created.
