Requirements:

1. Lost City
Mountain Daughter
The Grand Tree
Tree Gnome Village
Vampire Slayer
Witch's House
(You need at least 5 of these quests done)

2. Item's supplied for particular skill
MSB -> cheap range exp
Blowpipe -> fast range exp
Whip/dscim/sarasword -> decent melee exp
Dharok -> fast melee exp

3. If NO PRAYER account make sure you have enough points for me to start absorption method with(Around 500k points).

4. If you have any special requests e.g no defence trained, please let me know
