Regarding my infraction

Today I was stunned to have received a 'you have been infracted' message since I usualy never brake the rules. My fault was 'spamming'. I think I was punished unfairly since I was trying to make a joke since I scanned the program being advertised, I was joking and being sarcastic therefore I don't find it as spamming.
