    Explanation of the trade: I purchased an account from him
    How they scammed:
    When I first bought the account everything was fine. About 5 days after I bought it, it lost it's rank.
    I then went to their live support to ask if they could reboost it for me, they did. Then about 4 days after that the steam account was locked and deactivated because of how they boosted it.

    I've been waiting over a week for them to do something and nothing happened yet. He did help me with all the information I needed to contact support, but it didn't help.

    If it's up to me I'd rather just be refunded so I don't get another account from them that'll be closed.

    I'm aware it has all the accounts info but considering Steam banned it I don't see the point in hiding it

    I came into your Live Chat today to ask if you offered any guarantee on the CS:GO ranked accounts you sell. You stated that

    On the assumption that this was the same guarantee offered to anger's purchase, the account did unfortunately lose its rank for reasons other than inactivity. I appreciate that you have been helpful to a certain extent with his issues, but it remains that the account you sold him does not have the rank advertised due to reasons other than the two you specified to me.

    I also would question the statement on your thread:
    considering that Steam support stated "The account has been identified as being involved in falsely increasing CS:GO ranks while matchmaking" and the account's rank was reset twice.

    You have been issued a DNT pending a refund to @anger. Please post here whenever the payment has been refunded.

    I'd rather not get another account. If accounts are getting banned/deactivated whats the point in risking it. I would have liked to just keep the first account I bought but that's not an option.

    @Vlad Is it possible that I just get a refund on my payment?

    Bro i told you i will get a replacement we have no refund policy , nothing will happen to the account which i will give for sure , just give me 3 to 4 days if you dont get then i will refund for sure

    I've reviewed the site's Terms of Service and this is their policy on refunds: "Once payment is done money shall not be refunded at all."

    @Legit Smurfs you have 4 days (96 hours) from this post to provide a replacement account. If the user has not received the account or a full refund in this time you will be banned.

    Please post in this thread when you've resolved this, thank you.

    Btw, Sythe.org rules > users' on/offsite T.O.S, if the report is valid here.

    However, no harm opting into Legit Smurfs choice of refund if the OP is happy with it. With that said, if the OP isn't satisfied with an account replacement, then Legit Smurfs is liable for refunding the $ lost (provided the scam report is valid - I haven't read/looked at it).

    Upon further discussion with @Gen we've reviewed the Boosting Rules here (as it stands there isn't a full sticky in the CS:GO thread - this is being reviewed):

    @Legit Smurfs did not complete the job since the original account provided was banned for falsely increasing CS:GO ranks. @anger can choose to opt for a refund of money instead of an account replacement. As of such, @Legit Smurfs you have 72 hours to provide anger with a full refund as that is what he's opted for.

    @SellerMan, your expertise here is appreciated!

    Yes he refunded me.

    I just want to thank him for being helpful and understanding. This report wasn't to get him banned or ruin his reputation, just to hurry the process of getting what I was owed since I already waited more than a week.
