    Teeto attempted to scam by offering fake information to me that doesn't exist. He admits it was a joke but twice he asks for payment. I don't believe him.

    It's so apparent he would have accepted payment for what he was offering. If the information he has can be verified, I don't think a TWC should be warranted but it's obvious from his last statement its fake. I don't appreciate his quick attempt at a scam.
