JoshuaG tweeted my account a while back and it got perm banned shortly after. I reported this, and he was banned on Sythe shortly after.

I lost the rare name 'Assault' (had a 200m 07 offer, wasn't quite meeting my autowin) and a maxed polypore staker which sell for $200 or so. Not to mention approximately 10b RS3 gp (low estimate really).

I think it's a little unreasonable that he was permanently banned, posts a pardon, and is accepted in two days without making ANY attempt to repay me. Not only has he not made any attempt to repay me, but he also has accepted zero responsibility for what happened. He has also ban evaded multiple times since. I'm not sure if this was forgotten about, or what happened, but I'm owed money and I don't think he should have been unbanned for attempting to repay any of it.

 

Pretty hypocritical of you to be reporting this when you not only supported Krab's pardon but liked his post when the exact same result came to be.

Anyways, yes I ban evaded and yes I regret it; I can't change the past. You can keep thinking that I tweeted out your account but both me and you both know the timestamps for what you claimed to have happened didn't match up AT ALL and the only reason you wanted out of the community is so that you can keep Name Sales trade monopoly and i'm honestly not sure how mods believed your petty story seeing as you were my main competitor at the time. There was not even a SINGLE shred for my ban and it's absurdly ignominious that I even had to wait as long as I did to get unbanned let alone get banned in the first place for something as retarded as that for something i didn't do with NO FUCKING EVIDENCE PROVIDED.

I also thought it's worth mentioning that Milotic was PUBLICLY bragging about tweeting himself to frame me in the Sythe Discord ~ 2 days ago (I'll see if I can find this myself, I spotted it on Talon's screenshare. I know Astro saw it for sure so it'd be great if he could help me confirm this).

It's super sad and artificial to see that you're continuing this pursuit to falsely get me banned again and drive me out of the community so that you can continue to steal Name Sales monopoly but hey anything for some extra money, right?

 

That was a sarcastic message in response to someone saying I tweeted myself. You need the full context of what was said in order to understand it. Not only that, it was on the Sythe discord which is treated as the spam forum (within reason).

If you think this is about me wanting name sales monopoly, that's just not the case. I fully supported @Closer's pardon, who is specifically active in name sales and name sales alone. I could care less if you trade names, sell gp or train tamagotchis for people on this website. It has zero impact on my life. I don't care if you're here or not, I just think that if you are here, you need to repay what is owed - just like every other user who has to pardon.

The only thing I truly owe you is an apology for accusing you of sniping Sand and Cyberspace without providing evidence. Again, both me and you know that the ban placed on me was bullshit and false and I really can't see any other reason as to why you'd want to get me falsely banned other than to take over Name Sales trade monopoly

 

I reported Closer for ban evading, so I think you're slightly misguided on how 'close' we work. I wouldn't personally define 'working closely' together as trading one name.

The rules are not clear on what should happen in this situation. I'll leave it open to staff. I'm happy you're back and I hope we can joke around on discord once this is resolved.

 

So you don't consider someone who you privately converse with on TS with and someone who is top don in your Discord as someone you're closely knitted with? I won't comment but that's interesting coming from you lol

I was banned for making a joke with you in the first place so it's nice to see that you're fully willing to do this shit again >.<

I didn't tweet your account as stated before and I personally believe it's the second scummiest thing you can do on RS/Sythe behind scamming. Whoever did tho needs to die in a hole asap for my sake for causing this mess and causing me several thousands of dollars in sale losses as a result of me being falsely banned

 

The very same defence team that is working for Kaska and Closer will be there to assist in this lawsuit.

However, for the time being, it appears that you were the one to tweet me. So perhaps I should direct the lawsuit towards you.

 

Kaska is banned for scamming and Closer is a sniper so I'm definitely not having them represent me bud.

It's hilarious to me that you're still trying to act like i tweeted you when you literally admitted to tweeting yourself. This was clearly a setup the whole time so that you could profit more from name sales since you were my main competitor and also because I was rightfully exposing you for some sketchy shit. That or by coincidence a random skid tweeted you out for whatever reason and I honestly can't distinguish which one it is

 

Please do not post unless you have information/proof towards what is being reported.
I'll talk to Tmoe about this and see if compensation is due.

 

Can you provide proof of:

1) Wealth on the account with time & date
2) Proof of ban and what it was banned for

Do you have any with time stamps on the day you were banned? Also what were you banned for? Can you provide a screenshot of the banned meter?

 

Taken the on the 25th, I pmed Tmoe on discord about the situation that night as I'd noticed the tweets, seen here



Next day I pm Tmoe that the account is banned, here

 

Can you provide the ban meter full screenshot so we can see the name + ban meter, will talk to Tmoe about this once you provide that.
