Rs Name Sales

I've heard of instances where people get banned buying/selling names. It's clear Jagex doesn't condone it, but doesn't appear to be immediately against the rules if paying with gp.

Do you think Jagex can differentiate paying a large amount of gp for a rsn as opposed to selling that amount of gold? After all you're trading large amounts of gold for nothing.

 

IMO when trading large amounts of money it would be hard to differentiate between the two. It wil always look like you are selling the gold rather than buying a name.
