Case

I want to first start off by saying that I am getting kind of frustrated that me and my partner keep getting banned on this site. And I think that is very understandable. I also understand that you, as a company/high volume website have procedures in place in order to protect your customers. What I would like to ask is for a moderator or administrator to take down as much personal information as they can from me, and I will jump through any hoop they see fit for this kind of stuff to PLEASE stop happening to us.

We are legit people, with nothing but honest intentions, and a legit business/software that we are trying to market and sell. Everytime we get banned it does tremendous amounts of damage to our reputation. Since Sythe is our main funnel for traffic, it also damages our company and profits.


Now as far as the "malicious content" found on the site, they were 100% false positives. The ONLY thing that I could think of that would possible flag us for malicious is that we added adsense to the site 3-4 days ago. I would like to start with the first scan from Virus total. BitDefender flagged it as malicious. I took the initiative and reached out to their support team and asked them if they could give me better insight as to why our site was flagged and they confirmed it was a false positive and removed the site from their black list. I also reached out to Avast and they are currently investigating why their antivirus has flagged the site as malicious and I will update the thread as soon as I know more. Here is the emails back and forth between us.

I am 100% willing to let any TRUSTED admin/moderator with programming experience into our server to audit everything if that is what it will take to clear our name. I would also like a resolution as to what steps we can take to avoid getting flagged/banned like this.
