r i ban appeal

Hello, my account was hacked in august this year. I'm guessing it was some old dataleak or w/e since i haven't changed my password for ~10 years and used the same password on my account on skype which was also hacked. I know its my own fault for using same password and not changing them (more) regularly.

I read from the rules that bans must be appealed within 1 month, but I'm hoping there are expections to this rule. I mean i can still log in to the account. Not much I can do there but stare at the pretty girl's picture the hacker put as my profile picture, but still; the account is till there I believe.

If the ban is truly final, is there any way I can make a new account? At the moment it will just redirect me to my banned account:\

I've been a member of the community for a long time (albeit not the most active one). It has been my go-to site for different gaming needs/services and I'm hoping that can continue.
