I think he's referring to if you roll on someones bet & you get a high number and then the OP decides to back out due to the person who accepted the bet getting a high number.

If this happens and they don't roll within 12 hours (and have been active on Sythe) report them and then they will be forced to roll since they can't just back out due to person 2 rolling a high number.

 

Yeah that's what I thought after I made my dumb reply. Sorry about that, and thanks for clarifying that for me.
