- You are on the known scammers list for a reason as seen here. Until you come forward with all your debts your pardon with continue to be declined.

1. Why i cant find my name on this list u provided???
2. I already tried to refund the guy who got scammed by hacker -- refer to this topic : Nooblet Unban Appeal

3. I come back to refund what hacker did and its my fault that scammed guy just tells me "stop wasting my time" ? Yet he didnt respond to thread i posted on point 2..

 

When you decide to own up to your mistakes we can move further.
