Root_ Ban Evasion

To whom it may concern:

Here is the profile of the account that is being accused.

I do not have a creditable ranking on this website, but I ask that you take this appeal into consideration and please understand that there has most definitely been a misunderstanding.

I am not going to deny that those accounts are mine, because they are. But I do have a legitimate reason as to why I was banned in the first place. As far as my reasoning for the ban evasion goes, this is how it unfolded. I am not sure which account was created first/second but I had made a Sythe account and forgot my login credentials to it. So I created another - assuming chuckles1300 was created first - we will go with Proxified. Upon being banned the first time I had no idea how to get my account unbanned or why it was even banned in the first place. I just tried to log on one day and it said banned. So I said ok well that's that I guess. and didn't use Sythe for a year or so. Then I made Proxified2 and was quickly banned for ban evasion which is when I stopped using Sythe altogether up until recently. Now - come to find out I was initially banned for "stealing intellectual property" which was a false claim to begin with. Here is my evidence and reason why I feel I should be unbanned.

Everything dates back to this thread made accusing me of "stealing intellectual property".

My partner, Viral_, was the only developer of the website RSGamble.com. He sold the domain a long time ago and is no longer the owner. I did not steal any intellectual property and he has a backup of all the files to show some evidence that this was 100% his code.

I also have records to prove to you that we were up before the uprising of Rs-vegas. This whole thing sounds like a scheming tactic to get us out of the market. Maybe because we were in the same market. My partner worked long hours developing this website and software.

Features consisted of:
- Accounting System
- User Management System
- Fully Customized Poker System (Texas Holdem)
- Contact Web Form W/ Web Portal for responses.
- Botting System to grab gold and convert it into RSGAMBLE credit
- Not to mention the graphics and animation.

in which it never took off so we moved onto the next thing.

Here is also a receipt dated July 13th 2012

For one, My domain was purchased before Rs-vegas.

For two, Web Archives clearly shows that my website was up before Rs-vegas.

If anything I am wondering if Rs-vegas copied my source. In my line of work we focus on factual evidence and the evidence speaks for itself.

Me and my partner are trying to run a legitimate business, Runescape Auto Switcher , that was set to launch premium on Oct 8th, 2017. Due to this unfortunate mishap, we may now end up having to postpone that because the few weeks leading up to the launch of premium is very crucial for us. This does LOADS of damage to our thread and our software/website that we have spent months developing.

I just wanna say thanks too all who read this. I understand your time is valuable. I appreciate you taking time out of your day to look at this.

Thank you all for your consideration and I hope this can be resolved soon and for both our names to be cleared cause it does not just effect me, it effects him, and our business as well.
