    It's not. Family & Friends is not eligible for item not received claim which is usually easy dispute to win asumming you have proof of delivery
    Family & Friends payment leaves just one option to open dispute: Anauthorised claim which without knowledge about PayPal procedures is dispute that will be lost by amateur. Notes in payment wont make it any safer
