i just purchased an account from a sythe member, and after transfer of funds they have logged out and claiming internet connection problems suddenly and now have gone completely offline.
is there anything i can do?

Sounds like you have been scammed. Read the stickies on how to properly report a scammer.

You could still report them and get them banned if you have enough proof.
