4Rsgold.com / Qudajie Plagiarising my promotional video

Last year I paid quite a lot for a whiteboard animation video

I ranked the video on a few video sites at the time, which also cost me a fair amount of money to do.

My video is ranked on page 1 on youtube in a few countries. I have it uploaded on multiple profiles ran by different people.

4rsgold.com has done what unfortunately a lot of chinese websites do, and that is copy their competitors. I understand this is very common practice in China. I do a lot of business with china myself with tangible goods. Unfortunately I invested time and money into this video and not once has a representative from 4rsgold.com contacted me requesting permission to use the graphics in the video.The graphics are indeed owned by me, and are not released on a fair use contract.

I request the owner of 4rsgold.com removes all copies of their video that uses my content immediately from youtube, as I have no affiliation with this site, and I do not wish others to believe I do. I also request the hyperlink to the video on their website homepage (top right corner) as highlighted in the following screenshot is also immediately removed:

If the owner of head of marketing at 4rsgold.com would like to discuss this, they can do on skype or via sythe PM. As the damage has already been done, I am open to negotiation if you'd like to purchase rights to use the video. If not then i urge you remove it immediately, otherwise I will file a copyright claim with google. I believe I am being more than reasonable here requesting the video is removed, rather than taking a more aggressive approach.

I should hope the owner of 4rsgold.com understands this request, and does not consider this a personal attack. As may i remind them I do lots of business with China, and I have great respect for chinese people.
