I have contacted the person you are reporting, will be posting a conclusion here once I speak to both.

 

Id rather this was public I appreciate kanto wanting to keep it private to protect me. but I have do not nothing but try to help him through this whole process

I sold him a perm HCIM
He died and lost the status
HE Tweeted jagex to have the reg ironman status removed flagging the account with jagex and getting it locked

because of this rare event i provided him with all recovery info which i usually never do on any of my accounts

he then sold the account to @Ace_Pro and gave him all recovery info
@Ace_Pro then sold the account to someone else and gave him info

they all had a recovery battle locking the account to a state where i cant recover it *(ive also moved house since i made the account)

I know OO is always responsible but hes asking for a full refund after being very very negligent

and all ive done is help him with everything along the way hes a petty cool guy and we have chatted alot since the sale
I know he would want a fair solution instead of fucking me over for his actions

I hope the mods/admins/kanto find a fair solution

if a full refund is required im happy to pay it just seems fucked up
i dont even know if he owns the account atm. if not recovering would be a scam

lemme know anyway

 

theres alot of weird stuff around the account so ill discuss with kanto and decode to see what the current status is and reply
