JackyLin98 TWC Evading

Keep in mind that the user @JackyLin98 joined Sythe on wednesday with a TWC as the user never posted from a home IP. I'm speculating he's a ban evader, but can't find sufficient evidence to correlate that at the moment. However, after the TWC was placed on @JackyLin98 he then proceeded to create a new account yesterday, which is called @Silviaf in the attempt of being able to sell off his account quickly, and avoid the originally TWC that was placed. He got TWC'd again eventually as he still never posted from a home IP, but he still evaded his orginally placed TWC nonetheless.
