Need Help Please

When i try to use scar it says this:
- Include file C:\Program Files\SCAR 3.xx\includes\SRL\SRL.SCAR does not exist.

ive read the stickies and i no that it says that i need 2 go to file and click download srl however when i do that it says:

Failed when compiling
Downloading SRL plugins.
Installing SRL plugins.
Downloading SRL includes.
Installing SRL includes.
Downloading SRL manual.


Then nothing happens after that. Then when I try to download the includes, a popup comes up saying "error while obtaining includes list"

can someone PLEASE HELP ME?

 

Try reinstalling Scar

 

Download the SRL from www.srl-forums.com instead.
