About 9 months ago I bought a rank in Elite Ranks friends chat on rs3 for 5b rs3 (gp prices were around .20 at the time so $1000). My Runescape name at the time was Huit.


Around 6 months ago my rank was removed and I was given no explanation as to why. I never broke any friends chat rules or anything. I always paid my weeklies to the friends chat so it couldn't have been that I even donated money for friends chat drop partys. I decided to join Elite Ranks team speak and ask one of the owners why I was deranked. I spoke with Jam3s one of the owners at the time and asked why I no longer had a rank in the friends chat and why was I on their "Banned Stakers" list (list penalizes hosts if they stake someone on the list also labels them as scammers". Jam3s told me "You split a stake with Spicy that is why you lost your rank". The split stake Jam3s is referring to was a Green Partyhat stake. Jam3s got the phat as a bet came to me and lost it vs me. I split the stake with Spicy and after the stake someone known as Replica asked me if I split with anyone of course I told Replica I did with Spicy. Replica told jam3s and I guess Jam3s got a bit salty about it (Jam3s and Spicy had ongoing beef with each other). Now correct me if I'm wrong but I don't think who I decide to split with has anything to do with my rank in the friends chat. I never broke any rules in the friends chat I was simply deranked because some immature kid let his feelings get in the way of business. About 5 months ago I spoke with Coin the other owner of the friends chat. Coin told me I was deranked because I was "snaking stakes from other xers" (I never did this just an excuse jam3s pulled out of his ass). Jam3s never told Coin why he deranked me in the first place because Coin had no idea I was deranked until I asked him he had to ask Jam3s why (just an example of how poorly these guys managed the fc).

All in all I don't think it's right that I can pay $1000 for a rank and lose it because one of the owners catches feelings over a lost stake.

I'm just wondering if anything could be done about this maybe some sort of compensation for the rank?(i would not want my rank back and I would advise against anyone buying one from this friends chat)

I was an admin of the fc at the time when this happened and can confirm this is EXACTLY what happened.

I think it's more than fair to suggest Huit isn't the only person Jam3s has chosen to be on the end of his power abuse and corruptness when it comes to him being in a foul mood over some things which are 99.9% petty and childish.

I'm sure a fair few people here can also vouch me for when I say Jam3s is a money hungry, manipulative, scamming and pretty toxic, selfish human being when it comes to RSGP being involved and any other ways to which he's able to make a bit of money to sell off as quick as possible. The proof is there as of recently he's scammed away from his own Friends Chat, scamming Coin, Malik and Milotic just to name a few.(equating up to around 30b in debts not paid) I believe Coin has several pictures of Jam3s refusing to pay his debt in any way whatsoever should it be needed as some form of evidence, if it's not been reported on sythe already.

Just thought i'd mention that Huit is a scammer/DDoSer so if James decides to refund he should refund Huit's scam victims or the money should go to the community repayment thread

Hey @Champ I'm sorry but I dont really remeber who this is or what happended, OP will need to provide evidence of all his claims to help me remeber as its been 9+months.Also how come you are reporting this after so long I am pretty sure you seen many reports recently on james and are trying to get free money out of it. From looking at the previous posts it looks as if OP is a scammer or ddoser or something and doesn't have any credibility to his statements anyway so I'd defintely like to see proof of all these claims. If OP wasn't deranked for something against the fc rules(as he claims which is probaly not true but I dont remeber) then I would of reranked him along with everyone else. It also looks like another admin who scammed 12b also is commenting here which makes me even more suspicous their attempting to get money out of me @Hard Hates (known as jezi correct me if I am wrong @Hard Hates ).

@Hard Hates is Replica not jezi I'm pretty sure you know who Replica is Coin. @Milotic can vouch for that since he has done business with him on sythe. Pretty sure know who I am you spammed me on 20 accounts at the duel arena one time . But that's ok ill find something on you sooner or later. When I asked you why I was deranked a month later you said "snaking stakes from xers" you never offered to re rank me and proceeded to spam on rs3 I have a screenshot of that somewhere. I knew you were a scumbag but sheesh.

I didn't know you were on sythe 9 months ago I literally asked Milotic a few days ago if elite ranks was on sythe trust me if I knew 9 months ago I would have reported it then.

I also have videos of me hosting for your friends chat with a silver rank (1b max) as well so you cannot claim I was never a host





I'm not just looking for "free money" I'm looking for repayment on my rank that was removed unfairly by you scammers

lol huit really? Do you think everyone forgot about your scam when you got cleaned? I purchased my x'er rank sometime in January right around huits deranking. Im not sure why he was deranked but I am 100% positive he scammed splits from other x'ers. The account was banned but I believe the name was Huit Cx or something like that. Come on bro, did you think we would all forget? I might be mistaken but I believe your name is Brian. You've used your IRL name for X'er accounts before. I remember because you've been spammed and tweeted multiple times for scamming other x'ers.

I never really talked to you but I always knew you were kinda stupid

First of all you act like I really scammed anyone? What stakes did I fake? Spicy is the one who faked about 10 07 stakes on me and that the only reason I ever reported him on Sythe in the first place now I don't know what people have been telling you but that's the truth. I even asked spicy on multiple occasions to record the offline splits for me if they were big guess what he didn't want to always an excuse. If you really think Spicys such a good guy ill leave some screenshots at the bottom of this of him wanting to charge back one of his luring buddies because he hurt Spicys feelings. Trust me man Spicy is two faced and will do anything to make some money he's even told me more than once he would scam anyone as long as they could not pin it on him. He's not stupid and neither am I Spicy was struggling cleaned and luring to stake at the time the 07 stakes took place. Spicy finds out I have about $700 in btc and all of a sudden he wants to start splitting me on 07 he never once offered to split me on 07 before. And within 20 mins he loses me $700 worth of 07? In 10 stakes? I asked him to record the 07 stakes guess what he didn't want to I trusted him at the time and said that's fine whatever I trust you he knew I would say that because I always have. Not the first time I'm sure he faked many rs3 stakes when I was offline. Spicy even threatened to not pay me out on splits one time because he was down so much. Spicy even told me he would scam @Milotic if milo could not 100% pin it on him. Spicys a scumbug and will always be you trust the word of someone who scams for a living over mine?


Now on to this report I searched for days and multiple computers for this screenshot and finally found it

I have Replica an ex admin and someone who had donated over 20b to the friends chat confirm this is exactly what happened

and now I found a screenshot of James telling me off

I'm wondering if I could get in contact with James somehow and he could confirm it himself ill try to do that sometime today

Sadly Spicy sent me the chargeback threats to his luring friends on snapchat and I did not screenshot them but I can assure you he did at least make those threats over his feelings being hurt

I've never scammed anyone splits if anyone wants to come forward with proof and say I have I would love them to

The only people I split with were Spicy and Drygore Long

@hattez Is one of the people who was tweeting my accounts obviously and is making up blatant lies for reason unknown
