That's why you enable 2 Factor Authenticator.

 

@Decent As wortel mentioned, you can enabled 2FA and change your password, delete your authenticator app which has the 2fa enabled on so you no longer ever have access to that account.
Unfortunately Self banning is no longer allowed anymore.
