Playerauctions sue for 07 account?

Hello fellow Sythe Community,

I was scammed by someone off of Playerauctions, and it isn't necesarilly an account I really care about, however I was wondering what are the consequences to the one who recovered the account from playeruactions? Can they sue you? Or legally charge you?

They can freeze disbursements as they often do with very little evidence anyway, just to cover their losses until the seller is proven innocent/guilty.

It's also very hard for people to ban evade on player auctions as they link accs on same IP/device within minutes. They also link phone numbers and disable any accs logged in on a proxy or VPS. So if you're buying from someone with reputable feedback, then you can be pretty confident they are legitimate and not a scammer/ban evader.

I have to admit their security is pretty good. But overall they are a joke of a company that do not listen to their user base. I made a lot of money with playerauctions for quite some time, but their poor community service led to me just becoming more and more frustrated so I stopped using them.
