There is ' NO ' way this bid is Being kept if i dont get a vouch that this is a moderator in some shape or form - Bcause as i know very well once a different IP address is frequently used on A player moderator the status of the account is changed back to a normal account. This proven via the moderator centre. Unless jagex has been told of a change of address. So to be kept a Mod this has to have been done - and i will need info to do this myself.
