App creation help!

I'm currently in the process of trying to create my own app, I've never made an app before and I'm unsure as to what software is available / best to use. If I'm successful at creating my own; I'm aware of others that would want a similar service.

Just after your suggestions/advice to go about this, my main requirements are;

- able to use on iphone/android
- able to allow the user to select items and place an order
- able to take payment through app (basic PayPal portal?)
- users to create an account to store their details (name, address etc) for their next use of the app
- email receipt of order to user once created

Any help appreciated! I've got basic knowledge of Java & Python, however if there is a software available to use for possible drag and drop and adding the functionalities to buttons that would be ideal.

If you don't have any experience with creating an app, you may want to try creating basic scripts first using python or simba so you can get used to coding. Also you should download Xcode and take a look at: How to Make an iPhone App
