    Well, my brother is gonna make a sythe account BUT.......It's from the same IP adress...We will not vouch eachother or make contact, is this ok?

    If you vouch for each other, you will both be banned. If one of you scams, your I.P will be banned (Probably both acounts aswell). But appart from that, you are fine. :)
