Requesting TWC for Magician12

TreeGP Employee Charged Back - They refuse to refund immediately.

Situation: If you look at the chat between @Treegp and @Magician12 , it's clear that magician said that the case was closed and insinuating that he lost and TreeGP owed him money. He never showed proof that he indeed lost the case, he only highlighted the case closed part on his end and would not show the result of the case. He now has posted that the case has been closed and that TreeGP's worker has cancelled the claim, so he is no longer owed any money.

Why he needs a TWC: a case cannot be closed, reopened and then reclosed. This means it was closed once, when TreeGP's worker, Emile, cancelled the claim. Upon seeing the opportunity, Magician tried to pressure TreeGP by spamming that he was a scammer in hopes that TreeGP would just pay him to go away. When it became clear that Magician would have to show proof that he lost the case, and that Emile posted that he cancelled the claims, Magician changed his story to that it was closed because Emile cancelled the claim. This means Magician maliciously tried to extort money out of TreeGP.
