Backstory/Sob story:
Originally I saw his site but ever since he has been given his TWC, he has not been managing it. The site went offline quite some time ago (around 1-2 months ago) and yet he is still advertising it in every single one of his threads. Because of this, it can be classified as false advertising and it should be penalised.

He should be temp banned at the worst because he's not trading under guccigold.net anymore. He has made no effort to lock the threads and therefore that implies that guccigold is still up which it isn't.

This should be somewhat against the rules and also he has made no attempt to remove it from his UT and/or his profile page so that should also be infractable to advertise a site that has been down for months.

I'd like to see what @video has to say on this matter.

I would advise @gucci2525 to remove the references to the website from his threads since the website is no longer operational and he just looks stupid for keeping the links up but I wouldn't classify this as false advertising
