    Mad Magician's Pure Guide

    1.) First of all you need to train your magic level up.

    2.) Train 26 wind strike to confuse. Get 93 confuses to weaken. Get 130 weaken to curse. Then 135 curses to varrock teleport. Then 201 Varrock Teleport to Lumbridge Teleport. Then 310 Lumbridge Teleport to Falador Teleport. Then 726 Falador Teleport to Camelot Teleport. Then 1896 Camelot Teleport to High Level Alchemy. That will get you 55 mage.

    3.) Now you have 55 mage at 10 hp. Go and do Vampire Slayer, shouldnt take long. That will get you up to 20 attack.

    4.) After Vampire Slayer is complete you want to start Tree Gnome Villiage. That will get you to 31 attack. When fighting the warlord, bring lots of food and a cannon. Set up ur cannon, fire it, and hide.

    5.) Next do Black Knight's Fortress and Druidic Ritual.

    6.) Get the agility experience then do Grand Tree. Just Mage the the demon behind the rocks. That will get you to 39 attack.

    7.) Then do Waterfall Quest. When you enter the tomb, drop 3 lobsters and get the urn. Then go back up, eat a lobby, then get the amulet, then get a lobby. That will get you to 42 attack, and 29 strength at a very low level.

    8.) Next, it's time to get your mystic pure's footwear. Do Death Plateau to get the climbing boots. Buy about 10 climbing boots incase you die so you don't have to walk up the mountain and get them again. Assuming that you are a pro at pking, 10 should be enough to last through your entire story of your mystic pure. This will also get your attack up by 3000 experience. So you should be at 43 attack.

    Here's what your stats should look like so far
    Attack: 43
    Strength: 30
    Defense: 1
    Hits: 10+
    Range: 1
    Prayer: 1
    Magic: 55

    9.) Next do Fight Arena Quest. There is a skeleton in the arena that you should be able to mage behind and kill the monsters. This will get you an extra 12k experience in attack. This also is a good foundation to start getting theiving levels. So you should be at 45 attack without trainning on a single monster! Make sure you bring lots of food with you when you do this quest.

    10.) Now its time to get prayer experiene so you can stop wasting your money. You want to get the quests to raise your experience as much as possible so that you can waste less money (it'll help you in the long run.) Do Priest in Peril to raise your prayer experience up to level 14. Then do Restless Ghost, which will raise your prayer to 18. Then you should be able to do Ghosts Ahoy with no problem. This should raise your prayer 21. Then all you have to do is bury 140 dragon bones to get your prayer to 31. That didn't cost much as if you would of spent more money and had to do priest in peril to ruin your prayer. So bury 130 bones to get 31 prayer.

    Now Lets review your stats so for
    Attack: 45
    Defense: 1
    Strength: 30
    Hits: 14+
    Range: 1
    Prayer: 31
    Magic: 55

    11.) This is an opitional step. For people who are on a tight budget, you might want to complete Rune Mysteries. After you start that, you can buy 200 Essence and charge them at the air altar. That will get you to level 9 runecrafting, then buy another 200 (charge them at the Earth Altar) to get to 14 runecrafting for Fire Runes. Now you need to make 2900 Fire Runes for 35 runecrafting to make chaos runes. Now you need to make 3950 chaos runes to get to 44 runecrafting. When you make the chaos runes, make sure to bring nothing. This is pretty risky but it works out. Just choose a world with less people and have people run essence for you. You should have about 4-5 people to run for you in each altar, you get experience faster.
    So you would need to buy 7250 essence to get 44 runecraft.

    12.) Now that you have most of the quests completed you might as well finish Lost City. Make sure get your woodcutting to 36, (its no problem, I got it in less than 2 hours). You also should start firemaking to get a head start so you don't have to train much for before Desert Treasure. For 31 Crafting, make 50 leather gloves to boots (level 7). Then make 20 Leather Boots for Cowl (level 9). Then make 25 cowls for Vambraces (level 11). Then make 35 Leather Vambraces for Soft Leather Body (level 14). Then make 60 Leather Bodies for Leather Chaps (level 18). Then make 275 Leather Chaps for Hard Leather Body (level 28). Finally make 120 Hard Leather Bodies for 31 crafting. This takes all about 3 hours. So you would need to buy 325 cow hides. You need 265 soft leather and 60 hard leather.

    As for the quest, mage the zombies for an axe (all you need to kill is about 3-4 of them). Then face the spirit tree. Hide behind the vines and start maging (doesn't take long). Chop a branch off then teleport out of the dungeon (assuming you brought teleport runes).

    ********The first 12 steps should take about a week to do (7 days).

    13.) Now that you completed most of the trainning quests, you should now be at a point where manual trainning kicks in. You need to train your strength first. Train it to 40 at Rock Crabs. It shouldn't take long because you already have 29 strength and have a high attack level. It's important to bring LOTS of food with you because you have a low hitpoint level.

    14.) This is opitional but if you want to, you can train your range to 70 and get 56 hitpoints so you don't have to worry about food.

    Stat Review
    Attack: 45
    Defense: 1
    Strength: 40
    Hits: 20+ or 50+ (range option)
    Range: 1 or 70
    Prayer: 31
    Magic: 60

    15.) Do Horror of the Deep and get the zammy book and fill it. This will really help out throughout your story. Then do Recruitment Drive so you are able to buy the initiate armor and agility exp.

    16.) Now train your attack to 60 and your strength to 60. Now it's time for Monkey Madness. Good thing you completed Tree Gnome Villiage and Grand Tree because now you don't to go back to them and finish the quests. Bring your d hide with you or nothing. Then bring lots of shark and super attack and super strength pot. Now hide in the corner or use the middle pillar in the room and let the gnomes range the demon for you. Also have your dragon dagger ready. Once the demon gets to 7/8 red health, put your protect items on and your ultimate strength on and run out there and do the dragon dagger's special. This should kill the jungle demon no problem. As for the tunnel in the middle of the quest bring tons of sharks, dueling ring, and about 2 energy restore potions.

    When you complete Monkey Madness, buy your dragon scimitar and now time to train again.

    *NOTE* As you see your low hp level, you are lower than most other pures. This can balance out the with the 20 defense.

    17.) Now this is where the long and boring part comes. Train your strength to 80.

    18.) After that, train your attack to 70.

    19.) Now get 1648 Nature Runes (which is why the 44 runecraft is helpful) to get to 60 magic. Do mage arena and go on to the next step.

    20.)Now do Cook's Assistant then do Recipe for Disaster. Get the mith gloves if you want an iron pure and addy gloves are menchened in step 24. Also do Mage Arena mini game. It will be quite useful in step 21.

    21.) Now it's time to complete the required quests for Desert Treasure. This can be almost done at any level (37+ cmbt). It will be easy. All you need is cannon and the supplies to start Desert Treasure.

    Bosses:

    Vampire: Bring 60 cannonballs, cannon, food, and maybe a dragon scimitar (the melee won't matter.) Set up your cannon before u go into battle. Then use the blessed pot on the coffin and attack. Run outside the fence of the coffin (not the whole graveyard). Your cannon should fire at it and you should be safing. It shouldn't take long for the cannon to kill the vampire. The closer you lead it to the cannon, the more balls it will fire, resulting in a faster kill but don't lead it too close (in the squares of the cannon) or it won't fire at it at all.

    Fareed: Bring a friend (that has done desert treasure) and your best water spell and maybe some snares. Go in the fence, snare him. Then have your friend stand between you and him. Make sure you stand 2+ squares away from your friend. Then fareed shouldn't move and you have the oppurtunity to hit him. Kill him, get the diamond, and move on.

    Damis: For Damis, bring 1+ friends, and your best earth spell or god spell. Go through the maze and have your friend block Damis for you in the safe area (see in my hybrid guide). You also might wanna bring snares/entangles just in case.

    Kamil: Now is the part that worrys all pures without 43 prayer. Bring a cannon with 120 balls, super restores, friend and fire bolts. When you go in, set up the cannon and kill the trolls. Make sure in your chat screen a block\chunk of ice\snow (sorry, i forgot what it said but i know it was those words) 5 times, meaning that you killed the 5 trolls. Go through the cave and eat because sometimes trolls can 3 hit you. Then have your friend lead you through the wolves. Once you get to the end. Try to set up your cannon in the middle of the snow. Before you fight him, have your friend give you spare food or something. Fire the cannon and fight kamil. There is literally nothing you can do but trust in the cannon. Eat when he melees (hits up to 22), and wait when he uses his (so called barrage, it just freezes and annoys you). Beat him and go up. Drink a restore pot and use your fire bolt on the troll's parents then get the diamond.

    Pyramid: This is the easiest part. Bring super energies and sharks. Shrink your runescape window and open up a map to the next so it is easier to get around the pyramid. There is a section before the door where tons of mummies and loar shadows are. Safe eat for your life when you get to this. Most people die here (i think). Enter then you have ancients, but switch back to modern cause your not done yet.

    Attack: 70
    Defense: 1
    Strength: 80
    Hits: 70+
    Range: 1 or 70
    Prayer: 31
    Magic: 61

    22.) Now that you completed Desert Treasure it's time for the longest part. Train your strength to 90 at the Experiments. They are weak and have 100 hp or you can do Pest Control. For every 4 points you spend on strength, spend 1 point on your hp.

    23.)Its time to get 94 magic. You need to get 117,091 natures to get there. Now I know only few people can afford to buy that many natures and it is slow. But I have a new solution! It is called Pest Control. Yes Pest Control, the land of the pures. This is a much quicker and cheaper method plus your not in one spot all day like the alchs. You should start Pest Control right after you get 82-85 magic. After those magic levels is when alching gets expensive and slow.

    If you really want a mystic pure, just do step 24 your defense up to 20. If you just want a really nice iron pure, thats fine too, you'll stop at step 22 and fun with your iron pure.

    Iron Pure Final Review
    Attack: 70
    Defense: 1
    Strength: 90
    Hits: 80+
    Range: 70 (Should have it here)
    Prayer: 31
    Magic: 94

    Combat level: 74

    24.) If you have an iron pure and want a mystic pure, do nature spirit and train the remaining 2000 xp. left. You should get the 3 extra prayer levels. Just burry 75 dragon bones. Congratulations! You just made a Mystic Pure!

    Attack: 70
    Defense: 20
    Strength: 90
    Hits: 80+
    Range: 70 (you really should have it here by now)
    Prayer: 31
    Magic: 94
