Need some range trained LOOK!

I need my Noob trained to 40 range if you can do that. He has all the supplies and is 22 range atm. I have pictures of stats and bank.

Please follow these instructions:
Train range only. No other stats! LET ALL STATS STAY 1 BESIDES RANGE AND HP. DO NO BURY BONES OR ANYTHING PLEASE.
Rapid or Accurate Range, no LongRange Please.
