Bitcoin purchase sites

I get this asked frequently by many buyers who want osrs gp.
"What is a good and quick site to get your bitcoins at and don't get scammed on the way?"

I personally use localbitcoins.com because bank transfers in my country are pretty expedite and secure.

However, I guess this is not the case in many other countries, and it is understandable that people don't want to use their personal bank accounts for purchasing bitcoins too.

So, in your personal experience what are goods sites (USA and EU) to purchase bitcoins with debit/credit or any other fast payment method?

Bitonic is a very good Dutch site. Otherwise maybe exchanges like Kraken
