Mr. Pie scammed my bank while renting his main

He allowed me to rent his main. I was transferring gp while not in world 302 because my mule is non member... He kicked me off while hopping back and got 400m of my gp. He isn't responding now and is ignoring me claiming i broke his terms and that "i don't get a refund for the deposit". He's trying to keep my money...

this dude cannot keep my 400m can he? he's trying to scam me out of it by saying "i broke his terms" so he can keep whatever was on the account after he changed password. I called BS!!! let me know if anything else would help. I don't unfortunately have video or pics. I did buy 400m from www.rsmalls.com on my mule and as soon as I transferred the GP and hopped back he caught me. I can provide paypal receipt or something. not sure... let me know if anyone can help me.

 

I changed the password to my account because he repeatedly violated my Tos (even after I warned him.)

I found the account @ Lumbridge top bank with junk items in the inventory and with private chat set to friends.

Terms that the user violated:

1. Follow the Rules of Runescape.
4. You are only permitted to travel the Duel Arena and Grand Exchange during the rental.
6. No Real-world trading may take place on the account.
8. Do not change the private chat settings.

I found the account @ Lumbridge top bank with raw tuna, iron arrows and some fire runes in the inventory. Seems to me that he used my account for RWT and transferred the gp to his own account after that. There was no 400M on the account.

I did not seize his bank, I changed the password to my account since he was using my account for other purposes than staking. I follow the Sythe Rules and I accept your judgment in this matter.

I would like advice on how to handle this situation in the future. I have spent 400+ hours on these accounts, and I do not wish for them to be banned for RWT or other in-game rule breaking. Thank you.

No. The above is the only screenshot that I took before renting out the account again.

 

Okay will wait and see what proof Rabbit has before making a decision.

 

Would like to add that there is clear evidence that lucky rabbit is a liar to begin with. He kept changing (even after I warned him about it) the private chat settings from 'show all' which is what I always set it to.

 

Can safely say that I did 5 more rentals after lucky rabbit (before the DNT), no problems whatsoever. I find it a bit unfair to receive a DNT for this though.

 

I have people contacting me now about this garbage attempt to steal my money, yet he has not provided any proof at all.

Needless to say any business/organisation will take action againts law/rule breakers?! I am not gonna let people RWT or bot on my accounts

He's lying. I had just transferred the 400m from my mule to his main. I can show the PayPal receipt of the 400m purchase.

 

I've rented from multiple other people and never had this happen. Why would I randomly go thru all this trouble if I didn't leave 400m on the account? Like cmon bruh. Ur a sythe member for 11 years... shame...
