Hacked/Banned

Hello Sythe admins/mods + community,

My sythe account is El Three Gee Eye Tee.

Two weeks ago I became active again because I just finished my undergrad career (yay biochem).
Because I got a new phone I turned authenticator off (it was on my old one) and just left it off.

I believe I logged in last week from my IP in TC, MI. Maybe 15 minutes ago I tried logging in with all of my different passwords and even tried to reset my password. It turns out my email must have been changed because I didn't get a password-update email.

I googled my account and to my surprise it said that I was banned. I checked the "report a scammer" archive and here is the wrap:

I really don't know how this happened, because I don't know much about hacking. I don't think that I was phished or anything because I am generally pretty safe about that stuff.

Some thing I'd like to point out: my primary skype is mangobeepy, the one in the evidence is not.

Please, if you can, check the IP that was logged into my account and also see if the email was anything I have ever used (I assure you it is not).

I would be willing to pay back the damage done by the scam that occurred through my account as well as re-activate authenticator if it means that I can be apart of the Sythe community, which I love so much, again. Thank you for your time guys.

 

You would be required to pay back the total scammed amount. Since the user who was scammed is now banned as well, you can give the money to any staff member.

My Skype is in my signature if you'd like to refund via me. The money goes towards community repayment (other scam victims who are active/not banned).

Once this evolution is complete, you would have to provide proof of a clean computer scan and it would be in your best interest to add 2FA to your account again to avoid future problems.
