legal AFk pure/ noob training

This guide will help you get your pure up in defense or attack while your away from keyboard, legally. I'm making this as simple and easy to understand as possible, going through every step you will need to do. (even the extremely obvious ones)
This is best used with mage/ range accounts to get your def up to make your pure a 'tank'

What You Will Need:
~ 1 set of each amour: iron, steel, black, mith, addy, rune.
~ 1 iron, steel, black, mith, addy, rune scimitar.
~ a new account with under level 6 strength

How to get all that:
~ The scimitars and amour sets:
The best and easiest way to get the amour, weapons is to buy it all is to buy it from players, world 1, west varrock bank.
~ The account:
Obviously just make the account, and do tutorial island or you could just use any already made accounts with under 6 strength.

The Method:
These are the directions to the monastery from west varrock bank.
This can also be used just to see where the monastery is.

Get your scimitars and amour out of your bank, then follow the blue line towards the pink circle

Now just attack a monk but for now you will need to keep an eye on the game.

When you are low on health, just run away from the monk you are fighting to and talk to a different monk and ask him to heal you. Keep asking him to heal you until you are back to full HP.

Once you are at a good defense level where you don't take much damage, you can just do whatever on the internet or just watch TV or a DVD in the same room as the computer. i highly suggest you keep an eye out on your account, while your doing other stuff because you could get a random event, get to low HP or if you have high enough attack and strength, you might kill the monk.

How does this work?
Well simply, the monks heal them self when they get to low HP, if you have low strength you cannot hurt them enough to kill them before they heal, so you can have the desired xp and level without killing any of them.

What I meant was like for the actual value of the guide. This is really slow xp and you would be better of killing experiments for a while.

I said I know its a very slow way to get xp, but its LEGAL, so no ban for macroing.
thats the whole point of this guide, no ban.

 

So how do you go AFK without it logging you out if you aren't using an autoer?

 

I think everyone just needs to read the guide before they go asking questions, or rating it, seriously...
you cannot log out until 10 seconds after combat, if your IN combat, and fighting something with unlimited hp, then you do not log out. get it?

 

Then how is it that people are capable of x-logging?

- I've gone PKing before, been in the middle of a fight, and lagged out, or simply sat there and stopped moving my mouse and it has automatically logged me out of the fight.

that sounds pretty sweet, although it would be pretty slow, i just afk train on the zombies and crawlers in the stronghold, even if i do have to run away every ten mins.
