Hello my neighbor took my items and i wanna get back at him for it. So is there a way to get onto his account? if so please tell me. And if you dont want to post it you can send me a private message. Thanks!

Even if it was your neighbor (even though this never happened) ask him to give them back, if not beat him up... Simple.
