Reason for ban: "Tweeting Assault"

Explanation and why this ban is false: I jokingly threatened to tweet out Milotic's RuneScape account because I was angry when I heard that he sniped "Cyberspace" and "Sand" from two of my friends and Discord is the treated as the Spam Forum so I didn't see anything wrong with it. I was then PMed on Discord on 4/25/2017 by Tmoe asking if I was being serious about me tweeting out his accounts. I was at school when this happened and by the time I got home I was also PMed by Talon who told me that Milotic was actually tweeted out around the time I threatened to tweet him. As I explained to Tmoe in Discord PMs, this was just a complete freak coincidence and I wouldn't even think about trying to cause someone that sort of damage no matter how much I resent them because i'm simply not that type of person.

Furthermore, i'd like to mention that I was specifically targeted by Milotic because he's still angry at the fact that I have exposed the videos of him scamming and rightfully called him out for being a compulsive liar and sniper on numerous occasions. I also find my false ban to be pretty ironic because Milotic actually DOES tweet and DOES make private reports to Jagex for financial gain and I have also called him out on this multiple times. Doesn't take a rocket scientist to understand why he wants me banned.

Moving on, I can understand why I was banned; the timing between me making the threat and a tweet being sent out was looks very assuring, but I can promise it was just a freak coincidence and I was falsely banned on very circumstantial evidence. In order to avoid further problems like this, I will avoid letting feelings get to me and learn to release long held grudges. (This out of every social aspect is something that I really want to accomplish before my life is over but it's just really hard) I will also avoid making any sort of threat (jokingly or not) in order to again avoid potential future problems that might occur.

The Sythe discord is spam forum; however, this protects speech, not actions.

You threatened to tweet Milotic a few minutes prior and you proceeded to state: "I am in the process of tweeting his accounts" at 5:57 PM your time while the twitter account in question tweeted the account out at 5:55 PM.

This in itself could be (albiet damning) coincidental; however, you then directly stated you tweeted the name "Assault" a few hours later. Said name had been tweeted and the RS account was then banned.

Due to the nature of the evidence (much of it originating in Sythe Discord) and the precedent it sets, staff voted on your ban and unless you can provide evidence to the contrary, your ban will remain.

Also, regarding your reasoning; if you have a sufficient report on Milotic, I suggest you come forward with all the evidence you can and his report will be dealt with accordingly.
