New Logo (I didn't design it)

thought it was time to get an official logo. I didnt design it myself for the reason that I dont like designing for myself just others (im weird) but anyways here it is. Just need that 100$ donation for a name change now lol

 

needs a little work on the left side of the face, other than that it looks pretty good (especially the smaller version, except for the missing T)

 

Looking good, end of cigar looks a little off though.

The design as a whole is ok, not really efficient a logo because it's too busy with elements, but a nice little branding image. A decent measure for how well a logo is designed is its scalability. If you make this really tiny, will it still serve its purpose as a recognizable logo?
