I'd say if you find a good private script that is not known to public and not known by riot yet is very safe to use. The real issue now a days is that the scripts are detected when u inject them, so even if u try to play not obvious ur detected.

I played league for years, I got all the way to gold 5 from b5 like a noob. Then I got banned for being toxic, i started scripting on my new account on and off for months. When that account got banned I was back at square one, but the issue was i wasn't good at the game anymore since I was used to pressing space bar. Today I just hit plat 4, grinded from B5 in a season.
