Getting that magic level up F2P

Hey guys, its been a very very log time since i've played and been a F2P. So my question for you guys is what is the best and fastest way to get magic level 35 in F2P, money is not really a problem and the character will most likely will be level 3. I've heard of this splashing but not familiar on it.
I know the quest that you hand in the 4 different imp breads give you magic level 10 so i guess lets start from there.

Splashing; Wear full iron, leather vambraces and a goblin staff from Diango, cast the basic magic spells till level 13 then do fire strike to 25. For quickness then do varrock teleports to 35

If you don't want to splash, doing your highest magic spells at cows to 25 would be good enough

 

You could also try to low-alch (after 22 magic) an item whilst splashing if you don't care about the GP involved, when 31 magic you could even combine those two with teleporting to lumbridge

 

Yeah, just casting the highest combat spell you can to 25 -> Varrock teleport to 31 -> Lumbridge teleport to 35 would probably be best.

 

How long do you think this will take ?

I'm actually leveling a new account right now and tested this out myself. From level 10 (the level you get from completing Witch's Potion and Imp Catcher), it took me 35 minutes to get to level 35. Splashing curse from level 19-25 instead of casting wind/water bolt would probably shave a few minutes off of this time though.

I'm mainly making this new account as an alt to help my main out with things like barraging slayer in the catacombs, so I'll probably just be getting 55 for now to alch the drops that I get.

 

after 35 would you say teleporting to varrock is the fastest exp to high level magic ? 60 plus

 

Well, you should switch to Lumbridge teleport at level 31 and Falador teleport at level 37. Once you hit 55, high alching or curse-high alching is the way to go (for f2p at least).

 

In my opinion, anything other then splashing for magic XP is a waste as it is the only real true AFK method left in the game.

 

Splashing with full armour is best and easy way

 

Splashing would be the best way to go if your f2p.
