need advice on pure

these are the current stats on my unfinished f2p pure:
24 combat
29 hitpoints
34 range
and 35 mage

should i get str and atk up and to what lvl? should i get range to 40 or higher? and what should i do with the mage?

i'd say make it a range/mage hybrid.. but thats just me
