Buying a runecrafter/miner (doesnt need attack lvls)

I am willing to spend 1.5m and pure ranger lvl 38 (1 att, 1 str, 2 def, 55 RANGE, 35 mag) in exchange for a character with at least 88 runecrafting and at least 60 mining. I DO NOT CARE ABOUT WHAT LEVEL THE ATTACK SKILLS ARE.

I will also accept a character without the mining stat but still must have at least 88 runecrafting. This will go for the same as above except the money reduced to 1m.

lol 1.5m and that ranger for 88 rune craft? get real mate, that takes months and costs about 20m for 88 rc

 

wow I didnt know it was going to be that much. Then again I am a bit new to this. In that case do you know how much a lvl 85 miner would cost?
