That is a screenshot of the account from about a month ago. I haven't played any comp games since then and have quit CS GO, I've only been doing overwatch cases every now and then. Logged back in today and saw that one of the people I had partied had been VAC banned, so the rank has disappeared and some comp wins and some of the level have been removed.
