Perfect Part?!?!?!

Where in a non member area would be the perfect place t o throw a party?

(must have a theme)

(also include reasonable non member items to give away)

(and place must not be bigger then a whole screen)

You could probably do, some place in the sewers.

 

not the sewers, go to varrock and find a house with a basement, it's always pretty small but not to small and is never crowded (as a matter of a fact no one is ever their )
