2FA Removal - Tale Of Hell

Hi Sythe Staff,

I am requesting the the 2FA gets removed from my account.

My account name - Tale Of Hell


My phone that had 2FA on it was replaced over a year ago. I originally reached out to an Admin at the time to have this removed, but was told that it was not possible. I haven't ever donated, which I'd certianly do now if this went through. I can provide any details needed and I also have access to my MSN which is linked on my profile and my creation email address.

Do you have proof of any trades or proof of ownership of related accounts linked to different e-mail addresses? I see there's no IP match unfortunately. Please find something to prove you're the rightful account owner. Since you're asking for 2 factor removal, related account proof must not be linked to your registered e-mail.

Yes, I can provide more proof that this is my account. I can provide my phone number that the 2FA was on, I have access to all my accounts mentioned (MSN, Skype, etc), and have some email receipts from transactions that correlate with Vouches in my Vouch Thread

I can forward you any of these receipts, or provide those however you'd like. Please let me know how we can proceed with that. Thanks

Your IP looks good to me and links to something you sent someone before in a PM.

If you can provide pictures of the e-mail receipts for transactions you were vouched for, that would go a long way.

I've disabled 2FA and sent a password reset request to the new e-mail listed on your account.

When logging in, please set a new, unique password and enable 2FA on your account.
