why was i banned again? [soulhate] requesting pardon for [blackhat?/ban evasion]

i assume this is the posts that got me banned?Welcoming pardoned users

first off i spent over 2 hrs making that did the mod and admin both not even bother to read my pardon? or even the title or even the first few lines of the pardon?

in the 15 minutes i was unbanned i broke no rules, i clearly stated i ban evaded with the account soulhate, and even posted the pardon on the vading account? which it was banned then unbanned then rebanned 15 minutes later?

my pardon sat waiting moderation approval for like 13 hrs, more then half i was alseep but when i wasnt, yes i was logged into soulhate lurking around still, no posts made, no attempts to make any trades so im at a loss for words here

can someone explain whats going on and why?
